Today's gallery, entirely by accident, comes to you courtesy of Nike. Or at least, three chunks of it do; I'm not sure how that came about, but it did. My absolute favourite thing today, though, is Matthew Prosser's Green Truffles. If Brussels sprouts ever need rebranding, he's definitely the man. So, how about you suggest something for tomorrow?
