Tree For Two

From the 3D World showreel: A cranky witch gets a new house while a kindly shell-living wizard tries to keep the natural order in this painterly student film, inspired by the works of Hayao Miyazaki

Joel Furtado’s Tree for Two is about that age-old struggle between consumerism and conservation. On one side, we have the pudgy, self-involved and overly cosmetic witch, and her quest to sterilise everything. On the other side is the elderly, kind and wise snail thing working to protect nature.
