this article is great for teaching us how to design a good UI, but what about the part where the photoshopped version is transformed into an iPad app? is there any coding involved? That is the first thing I would like to know when I came across this article :)

Shouldn't the resolution be set as 132ppi as it's designed for iPad use? Also in your initial screen you have the height and width the wrong way around for your landscape designs.

Also you are using millimeters as measurements, surely it should be pixels if designing for screen?

Some steps are way too resumed, condensed. I got totally confused in the grids part.
