Your software says Photoshop Bridge CS3 or later, however, Motion is not included in CS5...it is part of the extended version. You could suggest that others click on WINDOW>Animation and then delete each layer of photos as you add them in the animation panel or just do another Youtube about it for those who cannot use Motion.
